By accessing iTrade.gg, utilizing our services, or indicating your acceptance of any services provided by us, you affirm that you have thoroughly reviewed, comprehended, and consented to all provisions delineated within these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer", "User") and the following service provider ("VAE", "we", "us" or "our"):

CAUTION: BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WITH VAE. SPECIFICALLY, YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY CONSENTING TO RESOLVE ANY LEGAL DISPUTES EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH ARBITRATION, THEREBY RELINQUISHING THE JURISDICTION OF ANY STATE COURTS OVER SUCH MATTERS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO STATE COURT JURISDICTION, PLEASE DECLINE THESE TERMS AND PROMPTLY EXIT OUR SITE.

Should you disagree with these Terms or any subsequent amendments, changes, or updates, you are advised not to access or utilize any of the services we offer.

Furthermore, certain features of our services may necessitate your acceptance of additional terms and conditions.

Establishment

iTrade.gg serves as an online platform exclusively for users of the Steam service provided by Valve Corporation. It's important to note that we are not affiliated with Valve Corporation, its subsidiaries, or affiliates ("Valve") in any manner. By accessing iTrade.gg, you acknowledge that the terms of any respective Steam subscriber agreements, terms and conditions, and policies apply to you in their entirety. Any warranties, rights, obligations, or other contractual relationships you have concerning your Steam account and Valve remain consistent with and are part of these Terms.

iTrade.gg functions as a platform that enables users registered on Steam to search, exchange, and purchase Steam-supported virtual items among themselves, all following the Terms ("Virtual Items"). These Virtual Items, traded within our platform, are exclusively for use within Steam-approved services and are not cryptocurrencies. We provide a platform that matches your trades with those placed by other users of our services to exchange or purchase Virtual Items. It's important to note that you cannot preselect your trading partners, and the identity of your counterpart will remain anonymous to you. Similarly, your identity will remain anonymous to your counterpart. It's crucial to understand that ownership of the Virtual Items always belongs to Steam, and our users are merely holders of these Virtual Items.

Eligibility to Use Our Services

To utilize our Services, you must meet specific eligibility criteria.

You must be a natural person of at least 16 years of age to access iTrade.gg. We do not extend our Services to legal entities.

If you are under the age of 18, or if you have limited legal capacity under the jurisdiction of your domicile, please ensure that your parents or legal guardian read and accept the Terms on your behalf before proceeding with the use of iTrade.gg, unless you are not obligated to do so according to your local laws. By continuing to use iTrade.gg, you confirm that you (or your parent or legal guardian, if applicable) have comprehended and agreed to the Terms. If you (or your parent or legal guardian, if applicable) do not agree with the Terms, you may not access or use iTrade.gg or any of its components. By creating an Account, as detailed below, you assert and guarantee that you are a "natural person" who is at least 18 years old, or whose parent or legal guardian has accepted and consented to the Terms.

Additionally, we may consider other factors relevant to agreeing with you, such as your nationality, place of residence, or any other pertinent information that we deem necessary or that we are obligated to consider under applicable regulations.

You may not use our Services if you are a citizen and/or resident of, or access iTrade.gg from any of the following territories:
1. Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela;
2. British Overseas Territory of the British Virgin Islands;
3. Democratic People's Republic of Korea;
4. Islamic Republic of Iran;
5. Republic of Cuba;
6. Republic of Cyprus;
7. Russian Federation;
8. Syrian Arab Republic;
9. Temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (as defined by the law enacted by the sovereign Government of Ukraine recognized by the United States of America) and/or de facto territories of Ukraine temporarily uncontrolled by the sovereign Government of Ukraine recognized by the United States of America.

We will not provide Services to individuals listed on any sanctions lists, including those enforced by the Government of the United States of America and/or any member state of the European Union.

Additionally, we reserve the right to request additional personal data and supplementary documentation from you to verify your identity and eligibility to use our Services.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline to provide Services or withdraw them if we become aware of any involvement in activities that may reasonably be considered harmful to us.

Exchange Credits

Trading on iTrade.gg does not involve any fiduciary currency or cryptocurrency. Instead, trading is conducted solely through the exchange of Virtual Items or, alternatively, through the use of Exchange Credits issued by us specifically for trading within iTrade.gg. These Exchange Credits may not be used elsewhere or exchanged for any fiduciary currency or cryptocurrency.

For ease of use, our Exchange Credits are issued in predetermined units displayed on our platform as equivalent to units of fiduciary currency, typically US Dollars (USD). Each unit of our Exchange Credits is represented as 1 unit of the involved fiduciary currency, typically 1 US Dollar (USD). However, one unit of our Exchange Credits cannot be exchanged directly for 1 US Dollar or its equivalent in any other fiduciary currency or cryptocurrency. The amount of Exchange Credits acquired by you constitutes the balance of your account on our platform, displayed as corresponding units of fiduciary currency (the "Balance").

When exchanging a Virtual Item valued higher than the item received in exchange, you acquire Exchange Credits equivalent to the difference in value. These Exchange Credits are then reflected in your positive Balance on our platform.

Alternatively, Exchange Credits may be issued upon subscription. Subscription orders can be made solely through our platform, subject to availability. However, we reserve the right to grant Exchange Credits to any user at our discretion without the need for a subscription.

To subscribe to Exchange Credits, you must pay the price specified in fiduciary currency on our platform. This price is determined solely by us and may vary over time.

Upon acceptance of your subscription order and receipt of the subscription price in full, you gain the right to use Exchange Credits on our platform.

If you have a positive Balance, you may place an order to redeem Exchange Credits through our platform. However, acceptance of redemption orders is solely at our discretion. Upon acceptance, the redeemed Exchange Credits are canceled, and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Balance. The redemption amount, expressed in fiduciary currency, is determined by multiplying the number of Exchange Credits by the redemption price per unit, established at our discretion and provided upon acceptance of your redemption order.

Your Balance cannot exceed USD 10,000 in Exchange Credits at any time. To access your Balance, registration details, including payment method and billing address, along with all necessary KYC information, may be required. Balance holds no intrinsic value, is non-transferable, and does not accrue interest.

Risk Awareness

Before engaging with our Services, it's essential to comprehend the risks tied to Virtual Items, Exchange Credits, and our platform. Trading Virtual Items and utilizing Exchange Credits involves various risks. By using our Services, you affirm that you understand and acknowledge all associated risks, including those outlined below. This list is not exhaustive and serves to highlight common risks related to Virtual Items and Exchange Credits. It's crucial to assess your risk tolerance independently or with guidance from an advisor before engaging with us. You bear full responsibility for any risks that materialize and cannot hold us accountable. If you lack familiarity with these risks, it's imperative to educate yourself before proceeding with any transactions.

Framework Risk: Virtual Items are confined to the Steam platform, rendering them potentially worthless if Steam discontinues support or if demand for Steam-operated services diminishes.
Fluctuation Risk: Virtual Item prices are volatile and may rapidly depreciate, lacking backing from tangible assets like fiduciary currency or commodities.
Liquidity Risk: At times, finding buyers or sellers for Virtual Items may prove challenging, leading to limited trading options.
Trading Suspension: We may suspend trading of certain Virtual Items at our discretion if their exchange poses risks to us or our users or if mandated by applicable laws.
Infrastructure Risk: Internet connectivity issues or technical failures may disrupt access to our platform, causing delays or errors.
Security Risk: Our infrastructure is vulnerable to cyberattacks, potentially impacting service continuity and user access.
Operational Risk: Virtual Items may encounter issues such as cancellations, loss, or depreciation due to forks or rollbacks.
Origin Risk: Some Virtual Items may have illicit origins, posing challenges to their trading.
Regulatory Risk: Legal ambiguities surrounding Virtual Items and Exchange Credits may lead to regulatory constraints on trading activities.
Exchange Credits Risk: We reserve the right to reject subscription or redemption orders for Exchange Credits, potentially resulting in the inability to recover funds used for payment.

By acknowledging these risks, you can make informed decisions regarding your participation in our platform.

Services

Upon successful registration, identity verification, and account opening, you gain access to our Services, which are primarily focused on facilitating the exchange and/or purchase of Virtual Items on our platform.

Exchange of Virtual Items

iTrade.gg enables you to:
1. Exchange one or more Virtual Items for another Virtual Item available on our platform.
2. Exchange one or more Virtual Items for Exchange Credits on the platform.
3. Purchase Virtual Items available on our platform using Exchange Credits to clear the transaction.
Each Virtual Item available for exchange on our platform is assigned a value expressed in Exchange Credits.

You can place an order to exchange your Virtual Item(s) available in your account for another Virtual Item deposited on iTrade.gg. If the value of your Virtual Item matches that of the Virtual Item you wish to acquire, your balance remains unchanged. If the value of your Virtual Item exceeds that of the Virtual Item you wish to acquire, your balance is credited with the equivalent amount of Exchange Credits. Conversely, if the value of your Virtual Item is lower, the difference is debited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the difference, your order will not be accepted. Upon acceptance of your order, you release the offered Virtual Item and receive the desired Virtual Item.

If you choose to purchase a Virtual Item, your balance is debited with the corresponding amount of Exchange Credits equal to the value of the acquired Virtual Item.

Please note that all trades and Virtual Item transactions conducted on iTrade.gg are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled.

Privacy and Account Information

To utilize iTrade.gg, you must sign in through your Steam user account provided by Valve.

iTrade.gg collects information about your account through the Steam API (SteamID64, avatar, nickname), referred to as "Personally Identifiable Information" below. We do not have access to your email address or password. iTrade.gg will never share your private information with anyone as part of our privacy policy.

By signing in, you authorize us to access and utilize certain Steam user account information, including but not limited to your public Steam profile and the list of your Virtual Items. The collection and processing of personal data are subject to our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

Upon signing in with your Steam user account, an individual iTrade.gg account (referred to as the "Account") will be automatically created for you. You will be assigned your personal iTrade.gg identification information, mirroring your Steam ID64 (referred to as the "Account ID"), to identify you within our platform for our Services. You are permitted to have only one (1) Account with us.

You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your login credentials, maintaining confidentiality, and restricting access to your Account. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your Account. Unless you inform us in advance of the loss of your login credentials, we consider any action taken on your Account to be initiated by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of iTrade.gg within your Account complies with the Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

Based on the data provided by you, we may require additional information about you, your source of wealth, and the origin of Virtual Items in order to open an Account or maintain it after opening. We may also request documentation to confirm and supplement the provided data.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

The iTrade.gg logo, along with any iTrade.gg product or service names, logos, slogans, and other intellectual property appearing on the iTrade.gg website or services, are trademarks of VAE and/or our affiliates. These may not be copied, imitated, or used, either in full or in part, without our prior written consent. Additionally, the features of iTrade.gg, including their content, designs, domain names, downloadable documents, digital conversions, and other elements, constitute the intellectual property of VAE and are protected accordingly.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license to access and utilize our intellectual property solely for personal use. However, this license does not authorize you to engage in any sale, distribution, display, modification, copying, or creation of derivative works based on our intellectual property. This license will terminate upon the conclusion of the agreement between you and us.

Any trademarks, logos, skins, artworks, and other intellectual property objects (whether registered or unregistered) featured on iTrade.gg belong to their respective owners, including Valve. Unless otherwise specified by the owner in writing, there are no implied licenses to use them. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement under applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

By using iTrade.gg, you acknowledge that you must not utilize the website in any way that may cause damage, harm, or any harmful impairment to both the accessibility and availability of iTrade.gg nor in any manner which would be considered unlawful, illicit, harmful, or fraudulent.

Prohibitions

In connection with our Services, you are strictly prohibited from:
1. Using the Services to launder proceeds from any illegal activity.
2. Transacting or dealing in any Virtual Items that do not belong to you.
3. Using the Services to evade taxes.
4. Using the Services to violate or circumvent any laws, including anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF), anti-corruption laws, and economic sanctions.
5. Providing falsified or misleading data.
6. Exploiting any shortcomings in our Services and platform.
7. Trading with the intention to disrupt or negatively impact the fair execution of any orders on our platform.
8. Engaging in wash trading, spoofing, fictitious trading, or price manipulation.
9. Creating the impression that you act as our representative or proxy.
10. Using any virtual private network (VPN), proxy service, or other means to disguise your IP address or location.
11. Posting, submitting, publishing, displaying, or transmitting any data that may be objectively interpreted as offensive or contrary to local laws and customs.
12. Hosting, providing, or developing services for or using the Services, or intercepting, emulating, disrupting, or redirecting the communication protocols, hardware, software, network, or system used by the Service in any way. This includes, without limitation, protocol emulation, tunneling, packet sniffing, modifying or adding components to the Service, use of utility programs, or any other techniques now known or developed in the future, for any purpose, including unauthorized access in any form over the Internet.
13. Violating or circumventing any provision in these Terms.

Payments

Exchange Credits are primarily obtained through the exchange of Virtual Items. While a subscription to Exchange Credits is allowed, it is subject to further restrictions.

VAE may utilize various payment methods to facilitate subscription or redemption of Exchange Credits. The respective payment method provider is primarily responsible for facilitating these transactions and providing payment-related customer support to users.

VAE is not liable for any payment delays or actions of the payment service provider. The terms and conditions between the payment method and users utilizing the payment services are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to these Terms.

All transactions in fiduciary currency are conducted in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated, including any applicable taxes. Your payment will be converted from your currency into USD at the time of the transaction, if applicable.

By conducting transactions via iTrade.gg, you confirm that you are the owner or an authorized user of all payment accounts, bank cards, or any other payment methods used.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or other costs associated with transactions via the payment method, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by local authorities. The respective charges will be indicated on the payment page of the relevant payment method. The list of available payment methods, solely defined by VAE, is indicated on iTrade.gg and may change without prior notice.

Any payment made to or from VAE may be subject to restriction until a Know Your Customer ("KYC") check is completed, following applicable regulations. Additionally, all payments exceeding USD 1,000 within a short time are subject to a KYC check.

Fees

The exchange and purchase of Virtual Items through our Services are subject to our commission fees (referred to as the "Fees"). These Fees are integrated into the value of the Virtual Item quoted on our platform and are not presented separately.

Cancellations and Refunds

All transactions made on iTrade.gg are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Acknowledgments

You acknowledge that we reserve the right to:
1. Conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) check on any registered User at any time.
2. Refuse any trade of any Virtual Item.
3. Refuse any order to subscribe or redeem Exchange Credits.
4. Reverse any trade of any Virtual Item.
5. Reverse any order to subscribe or redeem Exchange Credits.
6. Modify, suspend, and/or discontinue iTrade.gg, its content, features, or offers with or without prior notification.
7. Provide different capabilities and/or features for iTrade.gg, without recourse or rights of claim assignable to you.
8. Undertake any actions deemed appropriate in response to actual and/or suspected violations of these Terms, including, but not limited to, suspending and/or terminating your access to iTrade.gg and/or your Account.
9. Restrict the usage of iTrade.gg for any registered User without prior notification.

We reserve the right to investigate any alleged violations of these Terms, binding laws, and regulations, and to take necessary actions without your consent or prior notice. Specifically, we have the right to:
1. Block and cancel trades of any Virtual Items.
2. Suspend your Account.
3. Report your identity and activity to competent authorities.

If we suspect you are in material breach of the Terms or other iTrade.gg policies, we may undertake the following actions, at our discretion, without prior notice:
1. Suspend your Account.
2. Suspend any transactions without refund.
3. Terminate your Account immediately.
In cases where the breach is not material, we may provide you with a 14-day notice to rectify the breach, at our discretion.

Please note that we may take any of the above actions at our discretion without any liability or further obligation to you or any other party.

Representations and Warranties

Each time you access iTrade.gg, you irrevocably represent and warrant to us that:
1. You are of legal age and eligible to agree with us according to the laws of your local jurisdiction.
2. You have no restrictions to use iTrade.gg according to the laws of your local jurisdiction.
3. You will comply with the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, and you will not directly or indirectly use iTrade.gg for any illegal activities.
4. You possess all necessary and relevant experience and knowledge to deal with Virtual Items, fully understand their framework, are aware of all the merits, risks, and any restrictions associated with Virtual Items including their use, as well as have the necessary and relevant expertise and knowledge to exchange and/or purchase them. You accept sole responsibility for any decisions made in respect of such items within iTrade.gg.
5. You are the rightful holder of all the Virtual Items associated with your Steam ID.

Bans, Timeouts & Conduct

iTrade.gg reserves the right to remove any user from our website without and for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate any account that shows suspicious or fraudulent activity or any account that breaks the current Terms of Service.

Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE SERVICES AND ALL RELATED COMPONENTS AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR DATA AND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU MAY BE IRRETRIEVABLY LOST, CORRUPTED, OR TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO VARIOUS CAUSES, INCLUDING SOFTWARE FAILURES, PROTOCOL CHANGES BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, INTERNET OUTAGES, FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS, OR OTHER DISASTERS INCLUDING ILLEGAL ACTIVITY BY THIRD PARTIES, MAINTENANCE, OR OTHER CAUSES EITHER WITHIN OR OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP AND MAINTAINING DUPLICATE COPIES OF ANY INFORMATION YOU STORE OR TRANSFER THROUGH OUR SERVICES.

Neither VAE nor any other party involved in creating or delivering the Service and/or iTrade.gg shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with any use of, or inability to use, the Services, iTrade.gg, or the exchange, sale, purchase, or use of the Virtual Items. This limitation applies to all damages arising out of or in connection with any use of, or inability to use, iTrade.gg, including but not limited to errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies; personal injury or property damage; any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers, including any personal or financial information stored therein; any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through the application or services; and/or any goods sold or purchased.

iTrade.gg or Service may contain links to other third-party websites, including Steam. We are not responsible for the content of such links as they are not monitored by us. We shall not be liable for any loss or damages occurring as a result of or relating to the use of these websites. If you access these third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the cause of action (whether a breach of contract or tort, including negligence) and even if VAE has previously been advised of, or reasonably could have foreseen, the possibility of such damage or loss.

To the extent that any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of any incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation shall apply to the extent permissible under applicable law.

VAE's aggregate liability to a User in any circumstance is limited to either the amount paid by the user to VAE in fiduciary currency during the year preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

Limitations of Liability

Use of our services is at your own risk. iTrade.gg, its owners, and affiliates will never be held liable for any individual’s profits/losses gained on the website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iTrade.gg, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

Any legal matters arising from or related to these Terms, including non-contractual obligations, shall be governed by the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts (2016). In matters not covered by these Principles, generally accepted principles of international commercial law shall apply.

This provision does not waive any protections provided to you by the contractual obligations of the law of the state where you habitually reside. It is important to note that this does not constitute a choice of law clause.

Indemnity

Subject to applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VAE, its licensors, licensees, distributors, agents, representatives, and other authorized users, as well as all officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, and assigns of the aforementioned entities, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, and expenses arising from or related to your use of iTrade.gg, your violation of the Terms, the sale, purchase, exchange, and/or use of any Virtual Items, your infringement of any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights, and any submissions by you that cause harm to a third party.

You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any claim. VAE reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You shall not enter into any agreement affecting VAE's rights without prior written approval from VAE.

Assignment

VAE reserves the right to assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without notice or obtaining your consent. However, you may not assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer your rights and/or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from VAE.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid and/or unenforceable under any statute, regulation, ordinance, legislation, or by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed reformed or deleted to the extent necessary to comply with such statute, regulation, ordinance, arbitrator, or court. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, or any disputes regarding non-contractual obligations arising from or related to them, shall be exclusively referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVIIAC) under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, with the law of this arbitration clause being the law of the Republic of Cyprus. The arbitration panel shall consist of three arbitrators and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Prior to initiating arbitration, the parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably for a period of three months from the notification of the dispute.

Notification of Disputes

You should promptly notify us of any complaints or disputes, preferably within 3 business days of their discovery. Your complaint must include your account number/ID, a description of the occurrence giving rise to the complaint, and your desired resolution.

Collective Redress Waiver

Any notices to VAE must be sent in writing to its corporate registered address, with a copy to [email protected]. Notices not meeting these requirements shall be deemed null and void.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify the Terms, our Services, or any aspect of iTrade.gg at our discretion and without prior notice. These modifications may be made for various reasons, including legal requirements, the introduction of new features, changes in business practices, or any other relevant factors. The most recent version of the Terms will be posted on iTrade.gg, and it's your responsibility to regularly review them for updates. If any material changes are made that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you through reasonable means, such as via iTrade.gg or email. By continuing to use iTrade.gg after such changes take effect, you agree to abide by the revised Terms.

Term and Termination

The agreement between you and us is established for an indefinite period.

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time with notice, which will become effective no later than 10 business days after the termination notice is sent to you. If we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, we may terminate the agreement immediately upon notifying you. Additionally, we may terminate the agreement immediately if a force majeure event persists for 5 business days.

You have the option to terminate the agreement immediately by deleting your Account on our platform at any time. This can be done by sending us an email at [email protected]

Upon termination of our agreement, we will close your Account, rendering the Service inaccessible to you. All Virtual Items associated with your Account will be canceled, and you will not be able to reclaim them. We assume no liability for the cancellation of Virtual Items upon the closure of your Account.
