Frequently Asked Questions

What is iTrade.gg?

iTrade.gg is a GO TO skins trading platform for CS2 and Rust players, traders, and skin collectors, we ensure seamless virtual items trading across Steam games. Powered by skins trading bots, we simplify the process, making it faster, cheaper, and more accessible compared to peer-to-peer options. Our mission is to make skins trading easy for everyone by providing a user-friendly interface, 24/7 support, and a variety of features tailored to enhance your trading experience.

What happens if I overpay on a trade?

If you overpay during a trade, the surplus amount will be credited to your balance. This balance can then be utilized for withdrawing other items at your convenience.

Is there any risk involved in trading?

We employ bots to send trade offers via Steam. Prior to accepting any offer, you have the opportunity to review all items being traded. If the proposed offer does not meet your satisfaction, you can simply decline it and initiate another trade without any obligations.

Why don't I see some of my items?

If you encounter missing items in your inventory, simply refresh the page. If the issue persists, wait for a minute and try again. It's possible that items purchased from the Steam market within the last 7 days may not appear immediately; they typically become visible after this 7-day period

What is CSGO, CS2, Rust, and TF2 trading?

Trading constitutes a core feature of Steam, enabling users to trade their in-game items and skins with fellow members of the Steam community. These items and skins can be acquired through various means such as in-game drops, case openings, or purchases from the market. Over time, players have developed unique methods to participate in skin trading, leading to the creation of remarkable skin collections.

Provided your Steam account is correctly configured for trading (with your Steam profile set to public, Steam Guard enabled, and Mobile Authentication set up), you can engage in trades with any member of the Steam Community who possesses items from CSGO, CS2, Rust, or Team Fortress 2. Users' item collections are publicly visible in their Steam inventories, allowing you to discover interesting items while playing with those who own them, exploring databases, and more!

How can I protect myself from scam during the trade?

To safeguard yourself from scams during trading, we advise you to meticulously verify the bot you're engaging with. Throughout the trade process, we provide you with comprehensive details, including the bot's number and its registration date on Steam. By double-checking this information, you can enhance your security and trade with confidence. Additionally, it's important to note that neither our team nor our bots will ever add you on Steam. Therefore, anyone claiming to represent us on Steam is likely involved in a scam. Stay vigilant and avoid engaging with such individuals to protect yourself from potential fraudulent activities.

Why can't I receive all my items in one trade?

If you've selected multiple items from our bots for a trade, it's likely that these items are spread across different bots. Consequently, you'll initially receive the first trade containing one or more items from one of the bots. Once the first trade offer is accepted on Steam, subsequent bots will send you trades for the remaining items. This process is necessitated by Steam's 7-day trade lock system, as sending all items in one trade would result in them being locked by Steam for 7 days after transmission to our bot.

Additionally, your trade offer may include some items that are trade-locked. Upon confirming the trade for such items, they will appear in your virtual inventory on our website. Each trade-locked item features a timer indicating when it can be withdrawn into your Steam inventory.

Why Does My Item's Price Change After the Trade?

You might observe that the prices of certain items fluctuate shortly after completing a trade. This is primarily attributed to commissions.

Commissions - When acquiring items from our bots, a commission fee is applied. Consequently, the prices of these items may appear higher on our site, reflecting the inclusion of the commission. However, on the Steam Market, the displayed price excludes this commission, resulting in a different price. Bot items are subject to a commission rate of 3-7%, with an additional markup ranging from 0% to 2% for items with high demand.

How do I use my iTrade.gg balance on the site?

To make use of your iTrade.gg balance, simply select an item from the bot inventory, and click the "Trade" button. The necessary amount will then be deducted automatically from your balance.

I only received a part of the items, and the remaining trades were declined. What should I do?

Simply refresh the site page and review your Trade balance. Occasionally, trades may be canceled due to technical reasons. If this occurs, the total value of the items will be refunded to your site balance. You can then utilize your iTrade.gg balance in your next trades.

Why are my items priced lower/higher than on the Steam market?

Our system automatically determines prices based on various factors, including the item type, its condition, presence of StatTrak™, popularity among players, demand on trading platforms, and more. Our pricing policy is independent of other sites, including the Steam Community Market.

Are There Any Overpays for Stickers or Float?

Absolutely! We recognize the value of stickers, and we adjust item prices accordingly for items adorned with stickers. However, we do not increase the value for stickers that have been scraped or stickers applied by default, such as souvenir skins. The increased value of stickers varies based on several factors, including their position, the number of duplicates on a skin, their popularity, and more. Additionally, we occasionally adjust the value for skins with floats and patterns, although this occurs less frequently.
