Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THIS REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE OR EXCHANGE ON ITRADE.GG.

This policy is a supplement to the iTrade.gg Terms of Service and, together, they form a legally binding agreement between you and iTrade.gg.

By proceeding with any purchase or exchange on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy covers the following purchases:

  • iTrade.gg Exchange Credits

which are all referred to as “Products”.

WHEN ARE PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

Our products are classified as digital content (virtual items), which are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal due to their nature and are non-refundable once delivered, based on the user's prior express consent.

BY AGREEING TO THIS REFUND POLICY AND COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE LOSS OF YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WAIVE ANY ASSOCIATED CLAIMS OR RIGHTS.

YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

The product was not received. Please note the following:

We begin processing your order once your payment is approved. While most payments are confirmed within seconds, certain methods may take up to 7 days. You can check your payment status at any time in your iTrade.gg account.

If you purchase a skin that is currently in a trade hold period, you will receive a virtual copy of the item, which can be traded within the platform during the hold. The actual item will be available for transfer to your inventory only after the hold period expires.

If you have not received your purchased product for any other reason, please contact the iTrade.gg Support team using one of the methods listed below. Once we verify the non-delivery, a refund will be issued.


Fraudulent Transactions.
If a purchase was made without your authorization and your payment credentials were used fraudulently, please contact the iTrade.gg Support team as soon as possible using one of the methods listed below. We will investigate the incident, and if the funds remain within our system, a refund will be issued. If the funds have already been processed and are no longer available, a refund will not be possible.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, in the same currency, minus any applicable payment processor fees. Depending on your payment provider, the refund process may take up to 45 days. If your payment method does not support refunds, the refunded amount will be credited to your iTrade.gg balance.
